1. Shipping Rates

We are proud to offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or extra costs at checkout—the price you see is the price you pay.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Estimates

We ship directly from our premium fulfillment centers to ensure you receive your massager as quickly as possible.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website on the "Track Your Order" page. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

NUVODY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

(Note: Most orders to the US and EU fall under the tax-free threshold for consumer electronics, so additional fees are rare).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately at support@nuvody.com. We will do our best to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed for shipping.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

NUVODY is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nuvody.com so we can arrange a replacement for you.
